Kris communicated with me in a very courteous and respectful manner, updating me prior to, during, and after my place was taken care of. Two of their newer staff, Logan and Bryce, were consistent in their demeanor and their ethic showed as my place was in very good condition and quality - if not better - than when I first moved into my residence. These guys were amazing! I kept having to change dates due to deployment related issues, and they were always so responsive and flexible! Even when I didn't really know what... read more I needed done, they helped me out with adjusted pricing etc. My carpets look brand new, and they smell CLEAN not chemically like I've had with other services in the past. They were friendly and unobtrusive and advised me on how best to let the carpets dry out in my rooms without fans. I definitely recommend them!
