Were that the end of the story, this review would have been much lower. Thankfully, Dominique is a stellar employee and she single handedly made it better. Not only did she coordinate with the leasing agent to personally rectify and oversee the thorough cleaning to their standards, she also helped me get a partial refund from them since the job was not completed in the first place. She alone is why this company is getting a 4 stars review. Thank you so much ma’am.
