The guy who was originally hired to clean didn’t do anything at... read more all and it put us in a stalemate between the cleaners, the leasing agent who wanted to charge me again for an additional cleaning, and myself who already paid once for a cleaning and didn’t want to pay again. Were that the end of the story, this review would have been much lower. Thankfully, Dominique is a stellar employee and she single handedly made it better. Not only did she coordinate with the leasing agent to personally rectify and oversee the thorough cleaning to their standards, she also helped me get a partial refund from them since the job was not completed in the first place. She alone is why this company is getting a 4 stars review. Thank you so much ma’am.

Edit: Please read until the end I do not normally write reviews but the service of cleaning my windows was horrible. There are some windows cleaned, some half cleaned, some just completely... read more missed with spider webs still on the outside of the windows. I went with this company because they had great reviews but was very disappointed in the service. I tried to call and leave a message but the inbox is full so who knows if this will be fixed. Edit: The owner got in touch with me and immediately promised that the problems would be solved and THEY WERE. It was a very swift process to get the servicer back at my house to clean and finish the job. No excuses, it was great. I wish it was right the first time but the job was complete and exceeded my standards.
